We take great pride in offering 'the personal touch' to ensure your guests are made comfortable to enjoy their holiday, knowing someone is always at hand if required. We are very flexible and can tailor our management services to meet your specific needs. It's only a question of discussing your requirements with us to prepare a personal maintenance package. We make regular contact with our clients and provide a monthly report on your property. We value the trust our clients place in our service and thank you for considering Villa-Care to look after your home.
Keyholder of property.
It is essential for us to hold three sets of keys to your property. These will be coded and kept in a locked store cupboard. We request that Villa-Care is the sole key holder to your property. If you arrange any maintenance work direct with a contractor, we would require written (email) authorisation to pass the key to your property onto a third party.
Fortnightly check on your property including:
- Visual inspection of exterior and interior
- Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing.
- Airing of property.
- Test all appliances and electrical equipment.
- Examine furnishings for wear and tear.
- Security checks of doors, windows and shutters.
- Monthly report by email.
If there is an immediate problem we will take appropriate steps to try and resolve it and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Any minor problems will be reported to you and we will await your instructions. Repairs or replacements will be charged for at cost.
